As part of the third generation to practice real estate in her family, the industry comes naturally to Morgan. Raised in Stuart, Florida Morgan spent the first 5+ years of her career in New York City where she discovered her passion for new development. "Growing up in a small beach town, I was absolutely enamored with the architecture, design and often rich history behind developing these projects." says Lydon. "It truly is an art, and it is really fun to be a part of the process." Since, she has consulted on marketing and facilitated transactions for both residential and commercial developments throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and most recently Palm Beach. Being licensed in both New York and Florida has allowed her to develop a dimensional understanding and appreciation for the two very different, yet complimenting markets.

Though luxury new development sales are her specialty, Morgan always has a pulse on the market and relevant trends to guide her clients. An extremely hard worker, she accredits her success to her authenticity and the valued relationships she has built in the industry. The combination of her business savvy, passion for real estate and flair for design make Morgan a strong asset to buyers and sellers alike.
